At this year's Nordwind battle I was honored to have the opportunity to lead one third of the allied forces. Here we see our company composed of some of the finest living historians I've ever worked with. The manpower for our force drew from the recreated Black Watch, Argylls, Black Watch of Canada, 15th Recce and Polish Para's. Our 10th Dragoons acted as HQ platoon by providing the radio operators for comms to our upper chain of command at Battalion level as well as inter company communication.

Here is a shot of members Will Tatum, Brian Neri and acting Kapt. Christopher Petronis.

A close up of Brian and his intrepid 102" WS-38 antenna. Needless to say maneuvering through the woods was interesting. You'll also notice that the Kaptain is no where near him just in case the antenna should attract snipers.

Once I placed our sections and they began digging in, I thought I could be more useful laying a mine field. Might as well let the most useless person deal with explosive ordinance.

Here Dragoon Tatum takes a break from shadowing the Kaptain around. Both of my wireless operators got their share of a work out carrying not only their personal weapons but the radios, batteries and just running around after me. I can't thank them enough for volunteering to do a generally thankless but very important job.
